What makes us different here at The Dragonfly?
Here at The Dragonfly Boutique, we don’t want to be seen as “just another clothing boutique” but to be here to help lead you to Jesus and encourage you to be confident in who He created you to be. All while helping provide you with quality and cute additions to your wardrobe!

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.

How do ‘pick up in store’ orders work?
Pick up in store orders are free! You have 30 days from time of purchase to pick up your order. When you go to pick up the order, be sure to have your order confirmation text or email ready to show us, as well as the card present you used. This helps us guarantee accuracy and prevent fraudulent purchases. 

How do I return my order?
Our initial goal is to make sure you are happy with your order, keeping you in good hands throughout your entire shopping experience and order process here!

Only clothing items (except tanks & camis, graphic tees/sweatshirt, or other items stated in ‘details’ are final sale) may be returned within 7 days from the date of the order is received for a store credit.
All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tag attached). Any return received without tags attached, damages, with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and is subject to a shipping charge. We do not do monetary returns, only issuing store credit or exchanges for full priced clothing.
SHOPPAY ORDERS/RETURNS:
We have incorporated ShopPay as a form of payment here at TDB, in store and online! All ShopPay orders are for exchange only of a full priced clothing item or for store credit that must be redeemed within 14 days of issuing. A 10% restock fee will be added to the exchange (deducted from any store credit).
STORE CREDIT:
All store credit issues are ONLY for FULL priced clothing and will not be accepted for anything other than FULL priced clothing. Any orders made that go against these guidelines will be cancelled and the store credit will be forfeited. Store credit is to be used 30 days from credit being issued. All orders made with store credit, previously exchanged, and gift cards are FINAL SALE. 
CLAY GOODS: 
All clay goods are final sale. Clay earrings are made at the highest quality and we guarantee durability. Now, they will break if not properly cared for or mishandled. We ship items to be safe and secure.
**If the box is damaged during shipping which resulted in any damages, please contact us within 48 hours of your item being shipped to your address. You will be responsible for any shipping fees.**

Clay needs cared for in a delicate way for they will break if they are smashed, placed inside of a purse/bag without any protection. Do not get wet other than to wipe the clay pieces clean with a damp cloth. 

Please note: All items that are discounted in any way are FINAL SALE. These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, cannot be returned for a store credit or be exchanged.

EXCHANGES:
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we do not technically do exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for store credit. 

ALSO NOTE: Any store credit, exchanges, and gift card purchases are FINAL SALE. 

RETURNING (all items from SALE are FINAL SALE):
1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
2. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
3. Once your package is received please allow us up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S):
1. If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you.
2. Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
"Should you decide against re-shipment the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund."
REFUND (all items from SALE are FINAL SALE)
We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) as a store credit to use on clothing only. This is for any FULL priced purchases of clothing ONLY. ShopPay purchases will have a 10% restocking fee applied to them.
